Josephine Hardy is founder and principal consultant of InboundMate, a marketing business headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas.

She started InboundMate in 2017 to help small and mid-sized businesses establish their brand and engage their audience using affordable inbound marketing techniques.

Prior to starting her own business, Josephine led marketing efforts at various startups in Northwest Arkansas. In her marketing career, Josephine has helped clients receive press coverage in national and local publications such as the Wall Street Journal and Forbes. She is passionate about content marketing and has published hundreds of articles, websites, eBooks, white papers and press releases.

She was recently named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal Fast 15 Class of 2018.

Josephine is also highly active in her community. In 2017 she established the NWA Professional Women’s Book Club, a Meetup group with over 270 members, who come together to discuss books relating to business, entrepreneurship and women’s experiences in the workplace.

She is also a board member for NWA TechFest, an annual technology conference for engineers & tech professionals held in Fayetteville, AR.

In 2018 Josephine is co-organizing GiveCamp, a weekend-long event where technology professionals (designers, developers, marketers, digital strategists and more) donate their time to provide solutions for non-profit organizations.
